NameFink WTF?!!

How the Hell you ask Namefink.com came into being?

When braindumping with my business partner about current business ventures
we have stirring in the pot, we came up with several URLs we should register.

So we logged onto ISP account and did tghe appropriate searches...
Excellent!
The domains we thought of were not registered at this time [about 12:30am]...

So I stepped and took responsibility for registration of the domains first thing in the morning since we were both pretty buzzed from Vodka and me, Tonic; her, DietCoke.

Imagine my surprise, [for lack of a more appropriate term] when I went to register these domains, [at my favorite ISP] they were already registered?

WTFF??? {What The F***in F***?]
8 hours ago they were NOT registered...

So I did a little research...
Went to my favorite whois.net to see who the F "has" these domains??

I filled out the appropriate form and the results indicate that a http://www.nameKing.com were [testing] these domains.

Parking a domain???! WTFF>!!?! I have never heard this terminology before! and I have been in this Industry for 16+ years... and registered 100s of various [good and bad] domains for Friends, Family and Fools... Otherwise known as: FFF... more on that later...

So my research resulted in lotsa information about 'Testing' a Domain and the process it entails...
The long and the short are this... someone can 'test' a domain for 5 days, and then relinquish the digital property after 5 days if they [more on they later] decide it is not a feasible opportunity...

WTFF?

I will post that this, was the most informative starting point i found regarding this BullSh!t.

Long/Short, I decided to lay-low and not generate any additional buzz about this domain I was interested in... fingering that they would [test] this domain and find that it is not worthy of them stealing. I waited 5 days [minimal 5 day testing period] to see what happened.... and SureAsShit, the relinquished the domain and I snatched that MFing domain back as soon as that 5 day period was through.

Based on the level of Vodka-Tonic in my system at this time, I can Not divulge details on my theory, however as soon as I available to wax on my theory, I will. and you will be the first to hear about it.
